Nuts May Help Lower Diabetes Risks
People who eat nuts often may be able to decrease their risk of developing diabetes and heart disease as indicated by four studies which have been recently published in medical journals. Three meta-analyses indicating similar results have also been published. In general, nuts have been recommend as a heart healthy food but the benefits of nuts for people with diabetes is just starting to be reviewed.
