Beans, Beans, Glorious Beans

There is so much literature out there regarding diet tips for diabetics, from books, to articles, to magazines, to brochures. One particular type of food that is always touted as good for diabetes is beans. Beans are one of those food sources you either love or hate, and they come in so many different varieties there is something for everyone. Dips, salads, main meals, and in some countries, even desserts, can all be made with beans. So why are beans such a good food for diabetics?
