Fuzzy Thinking – A Sign of Hypoglycemia?
Everyone has suffered from a period of fuzzy thinking at some point. It’s that period where you can’t think straight, concentration is impaired, and you just can’t seem to remember what you were about to do or say. Most of the time there are simple explanations for this inability to think. Lack of sleep, too much caffeine, illness and exhaustion are just some of the common causes. But for those with diabetes, or pre-diabetes, fuzzy thinking can also be an indicator of hypoglycemia.
