Nicole Hernandez

Nicole Hernandez is a health writer and licensed physical therapist in Nevada. She has over five years of experience creating content to educate people about health, wellness, and fitness. 

Most of her rehabilitation experience is in outpatient orthopedics, where she regularly worked with patients managing their diabetes. Since diabetes can impact healing times and rehab outcomes, part of her responsibility was to educate patients on their unique recovery process and work with them to achieve the best possible results.
