This is a very durable shoe, and is particularly good for moderate pace walkers. The shoes have Absorb heel cushioning which provides superb shock absorbency and thereby protection the foot and joints from added stress and injury. Further stability and cushioning is created by the polyurethane midsole, and the rubber outsole.
